Currently browsing Dave’s favourite albums of 2011 over at Rawkblog — it’s a great list! And I’m not just saying that as a fellow member of #TeamKaputt…
Usually I feel overwhelmed with new music enough to not (as one should!?) inspect any or all gaps I encounter on year-end lists, but there’s so much stuff on this I was only half-aware of that I kinda wanna investigate now—like Minks, Big Troubles, Craft Spells or Devon Williams (‘Right Direction’ is my current jam)… cheers, Dave.
(Blouse wasn’t on the album list, probably rightly so, but I discovered this song specifically through Rawkblog as well and it’s ace, found footage video be damned. I was hoping for the (shamefully) slightly disappointing Summer Camp album to sound more like this.)
